Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. When choosing Paypal, please note that you do not have to sign up for Paypal to pay through them. When it prompts you to sign in, simply choose the option to pay with debit or credit card and follow the prompts. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged.

Errors and Shipment Delays
We are not responsible for shipment delays due to weather or other natural or environmental factors, and will try our best to ship out products at the specified timeframe promised. However, we advise that you place your order far in advance to allow for unplanned delays. It is highly recommended to schedule your hair appointment after you have received your hair and not prior. This is recommended just in case of a shipping error. All shipping errors must be reported 3 business days of the date of delivery. Once confirmed that an incorrect item was sent, we reserve the right to resend the correct product or refund your money. However, the incorrect products must be returned to us prior to re-shipping of products.
Regular Payment Processing
Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days.
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 2-3 business days depending on your location. Other factors such as holidays or Covid-19 may increase delivery times.
All package delivery is with USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday
Custom Wig Policy
Once custom wig order is placed, an email will be sent with additional information. Please allow 7-14 business days for turnaround time. Head measurements will need to be received within 48 hours of payment. Order CANNOT be started without head measurements. An instruction guide will be sent on how to properly determine measurements. Please be sure to use the correct tape measure as measurements will not be accurate with other types. There are no refunds for wigs as they are a hygienic product. There are also no refunds for wigs that do not fit as we go solely based off of the measurements that are provided to us. If you provided incorrect measurements to us and would like for us to redo the wig, there is a deconstruction and reconstruction fee that will be applied.
We do accept exchanges on UNOPENED hair extensions within FIVE (5) DAYS within you receiving your order. We do understand that things happen, and there may be an instance in which you need to return or exchange your order. We will accept exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.
We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color, dye, or cut your virgin hair.
You must contact us first before refunding your package via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) during business hours (9am-7pm) within the seven (7) day return period. All Sassy and Siddity Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the SAS hair seal on the bundle has been broken!
A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost and/or processing fees will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the Sassy And Siddity security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank Card within 24-48Hrs. However, it could be longer depending on your financial institution.
Changes to Order
Orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
